Hi there,

I've created a custom toolbar, menu bar, and popup menu... Trouble is my database became corrupt and I had to copy all the database objects into ANOTHER database file. But the custom toolbars don't go too...

Does anyone know how to copy custom toolbars from one database to another? I COULD redo them, but you know how it is... I've had to redo it twice already and I'm now lazy and want to know if there's a proper way of doing it...

Thanks!!

Leanne

I've figured it out myself---

Go into the new database, go to File --> Get External Data --> Import

Find the database that has your toolbars and double click it.

When the box comes up with all the database objects, select the objects you want and then click Options.

Check the box that says import custom toolbars... :)))

Leanne, good for you! I've had several people ask me the same question over the years so you're aren't the only one who didn't know about the Options. By the way, I'm giving you a star for sharing what you learned. Lots of folks don't bother to take the time. Ann

Leanne,

Two years after you posted this I had this same problem and your thread helped me fix it. Thank you have a star.
