Copy custom aspx from one Sharepoint site to another

I have few pages created with Microsoft FrontPage 2003 and I need to copy them to a different SharePoint site. When I try to use copy and paste, I'm getting the message "be sure the server has the FrontPage Extensions or SharePOint Services installed". I have the SharePoint Services already installed.
Any idea?
