Copy Command for a CD

I am using Sun Solaris 5.6 and want to copy a file from a cd to a sub-directory called 'tftp'.

Can someone please tell me the correct command to accomplish this?

cp /cdrom/cdrom0/whateverdirectory/filename /yourdirectory
