Copy Auto Complete 2

I have a user that retired and his replacement would like his autocompletes.

I've found lots of sites on how to do this, but I've got Office 365 and Windows 10. Everything I'm reading talks about a .nk2 file which I don't have.

Does anyone have straight forward instructions on how to do this?

Since you mention nk2 files I have to assume we are taking about Outlook. But Outlook has not really used nk2 files for some years. See if the following article helps

MS suggests to use third party tool to transfer the AutoComplete list. The target project migrated to github, you can follow the link to navigate to the file.

Doesn't this request boil down to wanting a list of who the retired person sent emails to?

Why not just mine sent messages?

I haven't noticed a reference to MFCMAPI, however, now I've cheched again, they mentioned it in point 2. Sorry for doubling tip.

Thank you for all the responses.

I did end up using MFCMAPI to transfer all the Outlook autocompletes.

I thought with new technology things should be easier!

I liked it before when all you had to do was transfer a file.

Oh well, I'm just glad this worked.
