I have created a couple of "actions" that I had set up on 2 computers. The ownder of one of the computer reinstalled photoshop and thus it appears that he deleted those actions.
1. Can he retrieve them and how
if not,
2. can I "copy" mine and email it to hem and have hime install it on his computer.

The actions are fairly lengthy and I would have to travel 2 hours each way to reinstall it...
Thanks!

You can put the two actions in a set(like 'default action' by creating a set in the actions palette.

1. click on 'New set' at the bottom of the palette, name it whatever.

2. Import your actions, and drag them into the set.

3. With your set selected, click on the expanded options (arrow, top right), go to 'save actions' and save the set, wherever you like.

4. Send them to your client/friend, with the instuctions that they are to go into the -

C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop\Presets\Photoshop Actions

Then he can load the actions by clicking on the expanded options in the actions palette and 'load actions'.

Or you can save the actions individually by selecting each action (not the set) and saving them.

Moe: It could have been a real ugly situation, but luckily I managed to shoot him in the spine.
