Copy and pasting a bitmap from a form elsewhere

GoodMorning, GoodAfternoon, GoodEvening, GoodWhichEverTimeOfDayYouFindYourSelfIn!

In my form I have a bitmap picture with a white background which when I copy and paste it changes the background to blue?

Why is this and how can I fix it?

Not sure if this is your problem or not because I am by no means an expert on this subject. I seem to remember reading somewhere that the zeroth pixel controls background color or transparency. You may want to look into that. If this is totally offbase, please accept my apologies...
