We are building a schedule in Aloha using a 3rd-party program (ours), and not the Aloha basic scheduler. The scheduler is creating the necessary files, and we can open the basic labor scheduler and see that our schedule is there.
Unfortunately, the schedule doesn't automatically go from the back office computer to the front of house. The manager can open the Aloha basic labor schedule software, then can open the schedule for the week, and save it - which will push it to the front of house. But, this is a bit more complicated ... we'd like to do this automatically in a batch file, or something similar.
Is there a way to push the schedule from the back office to the front of house using a batch file or programming call?
