copy ALL Users GAL to another Exchange

hello,

i have 2 exchange servers set up through a trust

one is domains 123.com one is abc.com

what i am trying to do is copy/import the All Users contacts from the abc.com exchange server to a new All Address Lists Section on Exchange server located on domain 123.com

what would be the easiest way to get this done

any information would be good....i have been reading about exporting the AD contents via a CSVDE file but this seems like harder/slower way of messing around just for a address list

csvde isn't hard or slow. It is the best option.
