Copy all pictures from iPhone 4 1

I'm having trouble getting a backup copy of all the pictures on an iPhone. Using USB, I'm able to see the ones that are in the Camera Roll, but I can't get the rest that are in a separate album. Is there a way?

I need to add some more pictures to the phone, but I'm afraid that it will overwrite what is already there.

Unless you have the original album folders in your computer, when you add the new ones it will overwrite the old ones.

You'll have to use a 3rd party application to get the photos out, but they will be in the optimized resolution for the iphone, rather than their original dimensions and resolutions.

Copy Trans Photo is a good choice though its not free.

This might be easier if the device is jailbroken. You can see and manage the entire contents of the device with

After jailbreaking, I found images that I thought I deleted long ago through iTunes.
