Copy A Perfect Curve 1

Ok, it's perfect for what I need at least but I have to have a mirror reverse of the thing for the other side.

Two circles set apart with a tube connecting them that curves inward in the middle. I use the pen tool to place the points where I wanted them and converted the points on the one side so that I could curve them to where I wanted them. I could go ahead and do the other side but I wanted to see if there was a way to take the curve I already have and mirror it on the other side. Seems like there must be a way but I can't figure it out.
