Copy a form to a table by using Visual Basic

Hi i really need your help about access. I have a form named Computer and i wont evry time that i change the owners name and the computerID to be saved or copy to another table named history and write the current date that is changed. Therefore i know that i have to use VisBasic but i dont really know the codes. So please can you help me

i am using A2k
