This is not my question. I am posting on behalf of someone who is unable to log in to tek-tips...
Today we have a Norstar with copper trunks and line keys for each trunk on the receptionist phone (m7324). We are going to a PRI T-1 with a BCM 50 and would like to keep the same ability of the receptionist being able to see when someone is on their phone and transfer to their phone set. Do I need two keys to do this? One as a auto dial (to see the phone is busy) and the other as a target (to answer the incoming call)?
