Copies of sent items 1

Does anyone know a way of recording all messages sent out from a users mail box. Similar to the 'save copies of messages in sent items', but stored in another mailbox instead.

Hi Invincible.... Do you mean from within Outlook like a Rule, or from the Exchange Server without the user knowing....??? Would message tracking on the server do what you need??

Second option - Without the user knowing!
Its funny because I suggested tracking but the MD's want to see the entire send message!
