Copied PDF Fields - Buttons/Checks disappear

I've designed a killer multi-page form in Acrobat 5.0 that has 10 pages of questions and a final page that consolidates the data into one page suitable for faxing.

Duplicating TEXT fields to the final page works fine - but RADIO buttons and CHECK boxes do not reflect their status when copied! The Acrobat help just says how great copying fields is, and I was wondering if anyone else has encountered this problem. Thanks a lot --

You can't copy a "component" of Acrobat - just the text within. *****************************************
