Copied Button Programming and no buttons avail.

I useed the copy function to copy the button programing and now when the user tries to use thier phone they are getting no buttons available...

How can this be fixed. I just checked everything to a DN that is working and there are no differences.

Never mind... I got it...

Problem was that the user was a member of a Hunt Group that i removed today.. Once i removed the line from the hunt group all went back to normal.

Try disabling and reenabling the port
