Coordinated Dialing Plan on same area code 11c

we have two sites i setup cdp which working fine for all other area codes however theses two sites are on same area code on separate e1
if a user calls the call connects/looks for free Chanel on first PRI weather the dialed number is for second site or first
in case if 30 chnls of PRI busy then it connects to second pri no meter for which site the number was dialed
how do i configure so both sites can dial each other

Are both sites connected On-Net with SIP or PRI TIE Line? If so just put in a TSC for the range of the second site in the first site and same in the second site for the first.

For example DDI range xxxxxxxx4000 - 5999 using 4xxx in site A and 5xxx in site B

Site A has a TSC 5 routing to SIP or TIE
Site B has a TSC 4 routing to SIP or TIE

both sites are connected with PRI and both are DID having same HLOC

should work then are the DN ranges split like example above, If not you could maybe employ Vacant Number Routing (VNR)
