What is the general theory on the best CPU coolers? The fan that comes with the P4 2.8GHz seems quite light-weight?

Cooling Fan

I've used the fan supplied with the P4 and not had any problems with cooling etc. The fan is fairly quiet in operation and I've not had any failures. The only comment I'd make is that care needs to be taken when closing the clip levers, as the pivot moldings occasionally show a tendancy to "pop open" under pressure if the lever isn't moved smoothly and evenly.
