Cool password validation

Hi, I am new to this forum, hope you experts here can help me on this.

Trying to create a password validation userform for Excel 2000, works fine ...

However, would like to have an additional feature, the one where the user can change his password as and when required without me (the administrator) attention. Also, a log detailing who logged in, and whether he modified anything.
