Cookie size limit from one domain.

I have read that you are allowed 20 cookies to be set from 1 domain and that each cookie is allowed to be up to 4kb in size when using Internet Explorer.

In running some tests in filling up my cookies - it seems that that total file size of all cookies from one domain is 4kb.

Internet Explorer physically stores all cookies from one domain in one file in the cookies folder ie niq@msn.co - Is the 4kb maximum file size for this file?
