COOKIE ERROR PLEASE HELP!

Hi: I have 10 PC connected via DSL to internet using WinProxy, but when i want to logon to hotmail or yahoo i recive this error:

Yahoo:
We need to use "cookies" to identify you on our system. Try these steps
• Just try signing again. If your browser asks you to accept cookies, choose "accept" each time.
• Perhaps your browser is not set to allow cookies. Consult "Help" on your browser to find out how to change
this

Hotmail:

We're sorry, but the page you're trying to reach is temporarily unavailable or the page may no longer exist.

Please try one of the following:
Click the Refresh button on your browser toolbar to try reconnecting.
Check the spelling of the URL to make sure the address is correct (capitalization and punctuation are important) and then click your Refresh button.
Click the Back button on your br

I check the security of my browser and is LOW, what happen??

I Have cookies ENABLED, but i get the same error message, my PCs use a Proxy (WinProxy), i need to configure there, how?

Annyone can help?
