I have a digital announcer provided by Nortel but I feel is made by Cook. It is a 2 channel announcer with a NT5M02TM11031C sticker on back that answers RAN routes on attendant overflow. The customer has not accessed it in a long time and would like to change the recording but has lost the access code. I believe it is at a "default" access code state but cannot find the manual on site or on-line that would indicate what the "default" access code is. Thanking in advance for any advice.

If I remember right -

you can record with Handset (old carbon type) plugged into the front of unit.

Press online button so it is no longer on

Press record button and then I think run botton to select channel to record.

then I think you press record button again.

a time will start going towards 0 - this is amount of time available to record for both channnels.

I think you will also need to re-record both announcemnets.
