I hope one of you old timers ( I am one ) may have the
pin out's for a Cook announcer that has the 20 pin wire
wrap connectors on the back, I am not having much luck
trying to find it on the Web.
Any help would be appreciated.

Is this what you are looking for?

Ensing, Inc has received many telephone calls regarding the
installation of a Cook Digital Announcer (Cook DA) to an
NT8D14 Universal Trunk Card. In order to use a Cook DA in
Start-Stop mode, you must use an NT8D14BA or later vintage
trunk card.
A Cook DA can be used in continuous operation mode with any
vintage NT8D14 trunk card.

The following charts relate the color of the pair of the cable
coming from the MDF to the color of the pair of the cable going
to the Cook DA.
