Hi
This is a pretty convoluted situation but any feedback would be welcome
I am having a problem getting certain acrobat files to print.
I am in an office network environment, the people in the accounts department share 2 networked printers (an HP LJ 2100 and 4400) and have a standalone LJ also.
One user in the accounting department gets .pdf files from a certain client( call it client 'x'). When she tries to print them on either of the networked printers it comes out as garbage. All other .pdf files from other clients come out ok.
Printing the emails (fron client x)on the standalone printer is also ok.
All other users outside the accounts dept can also print the client x .pdfs ok on their network printers.
The problem only occured after an upgrade of the accounting departments PCs to Windows 2000 (from Win95)
Have tried several versions of acrobat reader to no avail
It sounds like a problem with the networked printer drivers in accounts, but why should it only affect .pdfs files from this one client?
Thanks
