Our facility is converting from Word Perfect 6.0 to Word Pro in Smart Suite 9.5. We are converting documents using the import\export feature. After the conversion, many of these documents in the Word Pro version cause Word Pro to hang, often causing the user to reboot. Other times, nothing happens when you go to File -> Open or click on the file open icon. When that occurs, you can close Word Pro then go back in and it will work for a while before the problem reoccurs. These problems do not seem to occur when working in files originally created by Word Pro.
