Converting Word 2000 to PageMAker

Seems downright impossible. When I use "Place", and go through the converting screens, it only lets me place it on page 1 of the Pagemaker document. This is extremely frustrating, since it is a 94 page word document, and I am not allowed to paste any of the Word pages to the PageMaker pages.

Help?
