converting to save to CD

I have a video file (avi) that is 600000megs and I want to save to the web and a CD. I would like to reduce the size ot the file to make it accessible on the web and use the file on a CD. Can you advise me the best way to do this?

Try using cleanerEZ that comes with Premiere and convert to to Quicktime. I tried avi, real media. Quicktime gave me the smallest and best quality.

CleanerEZ?? Is that withion Adobe Premiere? Or are you talking about a separate progream? When (in Premiere) I export > movie or print to movie, I always end up with .avi

How do I invoke Cleaner EZ??

cleaner ez is a seperate application, it came/comes bundled with premiere v6, needs installing seperately
