I want to make a very precise reporting but the only way I have found to work in coordinates is with the grid. But for me that's not really good because it's too difficult to count each point of the grid. Furthermore I have difficulties in working with inches.

For Crystal 8.5, there is a [Zoom] command under [View] on the menu, you may also have it on the task bar. Zoom up to 150% or 200% and it becomes easier to make fine adjustments.

Select [Options] under [File], this lets you change the [Snap To Grid] option, i.e. do you want the machine to move your lines to the nearest grid point or not. Lots of other useful options, including setting your own defaults for fields. You can also switch the grid on and off, and change the size of its dots

As for units, this is an American product, and hence foreigner-hostile. But my machine uses centimetres, but I don't know how you control it. It may be a setting for the PC as a whole.

Thank you for your answer. Well, I guess it will be easier for me now.
