converting text to url link in php 1

how would I show this as a url link?

For example if the information in $Additional is

http://www.test.com

or

http://www.tets2.com

or any url

how would I change this to a url link

I use dreamweaver cs3 as a php editor

Surround the variable with the appropriate tags for a link.
