Converting Sybase Sort Order 54 to CSO 50

Hi
has anyone converted the cso 54 sort order to cso 50 in Sybase? Is there a simple way to do this conversion, or will I be forced to run thru an export/import process..?'

I have a database that is in Dictionary order (cso54)and I'd like to convert it to Binary order ( cso50)..
