Converting SIP phones to SCCP

We have UC560 and are installing Cisco 7940 phones that were previously installed on an Asterix Server and therefore had SIP Firmware. We are attempting to reload them with SCCP Firmware. We have followed documentation on cisco.com

and are getting Unprovisioned on the phones. UC560 SCCP Firmware is 8.0, existing SIP firmware is POS3-08-6-00

I think you didn´t reset to factory defaults

hope this helps, after this the phones will get their config from your ccm tftp server.
please check that the phones macaddress is imported in the ccm

We found out after a very long time on the phone with TAC. No one at Cisco seemed to know that there is a bug with the UC560. We used a UC520 upgraded all the phones and installed them on the UC560.
