Good morning all,

I would like to convert some outbound only lines to 2way trunks and add them as oveflow if my 8 did channels are busy. This switch has 12 outbound only, 1 DID circuit, and a T1 for LD service. I currently have lines in pools 70 and 890.

Anything I have to do on my Legend to make this happen?

In order to have two-way DID service you will need to go to another T-1. Legend only supports inbound analog DID trunks. I recommend converting your existing outbound lines and DID trunks to one T-1 with 20 two way DID's or possibly even a PRI circuit. It will probably save you money as well, as analog DID circuits are pretty expensive compared to digital.

My apologies, the DID service is used for inbound only. My issue seems to be running out of inbound channels for my callers.

how many inbound DID trunks? I still think your best option is to convert to a PRI and combine them all. should save some money and be more efficient.

I currently have eight trunks. I was thinking of converting the existing lines ($17.50) for six more. PRI service etceteras I am not sure of SBC in this particular area is somewhat lacking.
