I am working on an inventory of DVDs and Blu Ray discs.
I have a running time column that shows the time as, for example 97 minutes. I want a second column that shows it in hh:mm or 01:37.
I have been out of Excel for a few months (9 months) and I'm sure this is so simple but you now how it goes... if you don't use it you'll lose it and by golly... my mind is mush.

Please help...
Thank you.

Where time, e.g. 97 mins is in A1, in A2 use =INT(A1/60)&":" &MOD(A1,60)

Hope this helps...

or

=TIME(0,A1,0)

and apply an appropriate Time format to the cells.

Thanks Rick998, but I knew it was extremely simple...
Strongm...THANKS..that's the ticket.

(I retired last year and I've lost my flow... this was just what I needed, was never strong on things like int/mod etc... just the simple stuff :)

Guess I never had a flow, just a trickle LOL

Appreciate the assist.
Laurie
