Wanting to take some load off of receptionist by creating a phone tree for most calls. The Night Menu is intact and operational. My thought is to change some DNs on it to correspond to keys (Press 1 for...). The concern I have is that I want "0" to be an option to reach the operator. But, if her console is in Night Menu mode, will it not just go back to the top of the menu? Has anyone experience with something like this? Thanks.

Converting Night Menu to 24/7 phone tree

You are correct in the fact that she will not get any incoming calls if the console is in night mode. Typically people will send the calls directly to the auto attendant and then give the option to "0" out to a live body. That way the console is in "Day" mode and available for calls.
