Converting Netscape addresses

I have been trying to import my netscape address book to eudora with no avail. The program does not seem to recognize Netscape although the help files seem to indicat that it should

I must be overlooking something Please help

Sorry I forgot to include that File, Import Advance causes the program to shut down
