Converting MS Word Document to HTML

Hi Everyone.

Does anyone know if there is an application that will convert a MS Word Document to HTML that I can run from a web application server. We did this on NT by creating a COM object of MS Word, opening the document and saving as HTML... Can I create a COBRA object of OpenOffice and do the same?
