converting mailboxes from Lotus Notes to Exchange 2003

Hello all-

I've recently read somewhere that there are Microsoft tools (I think it's part of the new Exchange resource kit) that not only analyzes a potential migration between Notes/Domino to Exchange / Windows 2003 server but also handles the actual migration.
Is this statement correct? Or do I definately need a 3 rd party tool. Anyone here experience this particular situation. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
