Converting mail database from 4.6 to 6.5

There are 2 ways I know of.
1. In the client go to File>Database>Replace Design. Then select the template your upgrading to. Chose the template from your local computer or the server.
2. Use the Convert command at the server console. This is in the Administrator Help.

Thanks. I've now found out our server is Domino 5, so the best I can do is upgrade to the Notes 5 template.
If I can find one of couse, as my 6.5 client doesn't include one. Anyway, once I find one you've told me what to do, so thanks very much.
