I have 8 labels - No8s, No7s, No6s... down to No0s. Each lists a differnet number of numbers in the form "1 , 2 , 3 ," etc.
The user has previoulsy entered some numbers and depending on how many times they appear they are put in a certain label - if they appear 8 times they are put in the No8s labels and if they dont appear at all they are put in the No0s label, etc.
What I need to do is put the 8 most common numbers and the 7 least common numbers into an array.
There will probably not be exactly 8 numbers that appear 8 times, so just a random selection of the top 8. The same with the bottom 7 numbers.
