Converting Indesign documents into MS Word documents

Copy and paste may be best but there are two other ways...
1) Select a single text frame and then File>Export RTF.
2) Export a PDF and then open in Acrobat. Acrobat can then export/save an RTF file.
Both of these methods trash your layout but they should maintain text styles.
