converting html content into a word document

You could copy / paste the directions into a word document.

You can right click the map and copy and paste it into word. As far as the text you can either swipe it and copy and paste or make an image of it.

For the later, get your browser window as long as possible and the width as small as it can be and press Alt/prtsc to copy it into the clipboard then paste into word.

If the page is longer than your screen you will have to repeat the process and patch the images together.

You didn't say whether this is a one-off or whether you need to send directions for many different locations over time. If the latter, you could use a .NET language or Visual Foxpro (or maybe Delphi) using IE automation with the document object model to capture INNERHTML into a text string, then invoke MSWord using automation and plop the text string into MSword and then save the document.

And anyway, why could't you send them an HTML document instead of a Word document?
