Converting from Eudora 3 to Eudora 5

I am trying to convert from Eudora 3 to Eudora 5 and I don't know which files that I need to copy over to retain my settings and other information. Can I also copy over my mailbox (mbx) files and the table of content (toc) files? or should I (can I?) just copy over the mailbox files and let Eudora 5 create the table of content files?
