Depends on YOUR def of "easy". But in general, here the answer is NO!
It is either expensive third party tools or a lot of getting the controls' properties into some regular structure then 'flipping' over to VB and reading the srtucture to create the controls (and properites) on the VB form. Also, be aware that some Ms. Access controls DO NOT translate directly to VB Controls.
Either way is likely to lose SOME part in translation.
