Converting File Express 4.01

Currently my company is running a shareware DBMS program from the mid-80s: File Express 4.01 with a recent upgrade to our parent company's network this DBMS no longer viable or compatable with their server. I am looking for information on how to convert this DBMS to Access (Or any other DBMS, the data is primarily sales records and customer records from 1965 to present.)
