Can anyone help?
I am trying to convert an excel worksheet to a "dummy" access database. I have office 2000 and trying to do the conversion with a vb6 app. Can anyone show me how to do this?

within access just import that xls doc..

it should take you through a wizard

ok that was vague... right mouse button in the tables area of your database and click import

I knew how to do that... I had to find a way to do it through my visual basic application. (which I did)
I had to keep the documents "behind the scene" and have the user convert it through her application. Thanks for the respone though.
