Converting dates to RFC-822 - RSS Valid

Hello,

any idea about how I can convert dates in ASP 3.0 to RFC-822 ? So I can output valid RSS feeds ?
Apparently the date needs to have this format: Wed, 02 Oct 2002 08:00:00 EST
