Converting Dates in Finanacial Years 1

We follow a financial year from July to June. I need to automate a column to give me FY based on dates:

01-Jun-04 FY 04
01-Mar-06 FY 06
01-Jun-05 FY 05
01-Jun-03 FY 05
01-Nov-02 FY 03


Ideally, I should have the FY (shown in the second column as reference) appearing automatically. I am sure some of you will have experienced the need for this. Could some help?

I would just use something to the effect of
iif(month>6,year+1,year)
Is that enough?
