Converting data to Version 4.2

I am having problems converting data from Version 4.1 to 4.2; the message I am getting is "Data conversion could not be peformed due to missing data version in the I/T module". How do I fix this? Please help!!!

It sounds like you might have activated the IT module but never used it.

This message is generally cause by an new module being installed during the upgrade that was not previously installed on the old version, most likely FAS link (which is now installed by default). Compare the installed modules listing on the new installation to the old installation. If this is the culprit uninstall FAS on the new installation and make sure you go to your MAS90 folder and delete any FAS folders.
