Hi,

I am currently building reports in Crystal 10, the vendor that we are using to post these reports to the internet is only on Crystal 9. We have noticed that the layout of the reports are being skewed when they are going from 10 to 9. The format of the reports are being shifted and text objects are actually ending up on top of each other. Is there any way I can convert my Crystal 10 report to version 9 in order to fix this issue before sending it out to be published to our site? Thanks in advance.

Chris

The issue you are experiencing may be due to the default printer on one deployment platform being different (or missing) from the default printer used on the development machine.
