Converting colour JPG image into PCL5c

Hi, I'm looking to convert a JPG file into a colour PCL5c output that can be sent to a PCL5c-compatible printer (HP/Brother etc.). I'm aware of the utility mkpcl, which, as I understand from the documentation, converts colour files into monochrome, but doesn't convert into PCL5c.

Is there a utility available for converting colour images into colour PCL? Thanks.
