Converting Case in Excel '97

What is/are the formula(s) to convert case in a spreadsheet, all lower to upper & vise versa - for the entire spreadsheet, blocked section or individual cells?

Suppose your text is in a1, and you want it in b1.

Here's your self-explanatory formulas:

=UPPER(a1)
=lower(a1)
=Proper(a1)

You could also write a macro to go through your entire data range and convert to the case you want.
